"Hi, I'm Sarah.

I’m so glad you’re here. Guided by a lifelong curiosity about human behavior and a deep passion for wellness, I became a therapist to help individuals cultivate self-awareness, restore balance, and live more empowered lives. My approach is holistic, honoring the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected components of overall well-being.

Having personally experienced the transformative power of therapy, I understand the invaluable support it can offer when navigating life’s challenges. I’m here to create a safe, compassionate space where your unique story can unfold and heal.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I specialize in guiding individuals through anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, substance use, and the journey to reconnect with their authentic selves. Healing is possible, and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.”

Following your consultation, we'll develop a plan that’s responsive to your unique needs, strengths, and relational dynamics. This may include tools for emotional regulation, recovery support, or mindfulness-based practices—always tailored to support your growth.

Regular Sessions

Once your plan is in place, we’ll meet consistently to deepen insight, work through challenges, and support your progress. These sessions offer a steady, supportive space for healing and change, and provide the tools and encouragement you need to navigate obstacles and achieve your goals.

Progress Evaluation & Adjustments

Throughout our work together, we’ll pause to reflect on how things are going—what’s shifting, what remains challenging, and where adjustments might help. Therapy is a dynamic process, so we’ll collaborate to keep the work responsive and aligned with your evolving needs.
